Booking & Appointments
Do I need to book an appointment?
While walk-ins are welcome, we strongly recommend booking an appointment to ensure your preferred time slot is available. Appointments guarantee you won't have to wait and allow us to prepare for your specific needs.
How far in advance should I book?
For weekdays, we recommend booking 1-2 days in advance. For weekends, we suggest booking at least 3-4 days ahead. Popular time slots fill up quickly, especially on Fridays and Saturdays.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Please give us at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. You can contact us by phone at +30 210 010 2311 or via email at info@keyofvorneth.com. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee.
What if I'm running late?
If you're running more than 15 minutes late, please call us. We may need to adjust your appointment time or reschedule if we have clients waiting. We appreciate your consideration for our schedule.
First Visit Experience
I've never been to a barbershop before. What should I expect?
Your first visit starts with a friendly consultation where we'll discuss your preferences, lifestyle, and desired style. There's no pressure — we'll guide you through the process and answer any questions. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.
How long does a typical haircut take?
A standard haircut and styling typically takes 30-45 minutes. More complex styles or complete grooming packages may take 60-75 minutes. We never rush — quality takes the time it needs.
Do you have magazines or entertainment during the wait/service?
While our services are efficient, we don't believe in rushing. You'll find tasteful reading material, and our barbers are skilled conversationalists. Many clients find the experience relaxing and enjoyable.
Is there a place to wait if I'm early?
Yes, we have comfortable seating in our waiting area. If you're more than 10 minutes early, feel free to arrive and relax. We also have coffee and water available for your comfort.
Services & Pricing
What services do you offer?
We offer complete grooming services including haircuts, beard trims, traditional shaves, head shaves, and various packages. We also provide eyebrow trimming, scalp massages, and beard oil applications as add-ons.
Do you offer discounts for students or seniors?
Yes, we offer a student/senior discount of €20 for haircuts (ID required). We also have package deals that save you money when combining multiple services.
Are your prices all-inclusive?
Yes, all our prices include the service, consultation, styling, and any necessary products. There are no hidden fees. Payment is due at the end of your service.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash and all major credit/debit cards. For your convenience, we also accept contactless payments. Unfortunately, we don't accept checks or American Express.
Hygiene & Safety
How do you ensure cleanliness and hygiene?
Hygiene is our top priority. All tools are sterilized in an autoclave between clients. We use disposable blades for shaves, clean capes for each client, and maintain strict cleaning protocols throughout the day.
Do you wear masks or follow COVID-19 protocols?
We follow all current health guidelines and maintain enhanced cleaning protocols. Our staff wears masks when requested, and we sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly. The safety of our clients and staff is paramount.
Can I bring my own products?
Yes, you're welcome to bring your preferred products. However, we have professional-grade products available and will use them unless you specifically request otherwise.

Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Do you serve women?
While our primary focus is men's grooming, we welcome everyone. Our services are tailored for men, but we can accommodate women's styling needs as well.
Can children get haircuts here?
Yes, we welcome children of all ages. Our barbers are experienced with kids and create a comfortable, patient environment. Parents are welcome to stay during the service.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available for any amount and never expire. They're perfect for special occasions and can be purchased in person or over the phone.
